It is my eighteenth year working at A Factory.
I used to work for a freight company. One day I looked into the page of a job magazine and found the word "Millwork Maker."
I immediately made a phone call. After 18 years, the calling never let me down. Every day is a routine of study, training, and work under the quiet but caring boss.
It is the world of craftsmen and artisans as people imagine. We challenge every day to fulfill high-quality standards.
Being experienced or inexperienced is not what matters.
It is what you want to do or not to do.
Motivation comes first, then whether you will have a desire to improve yourself or not.
There's no waste on what you have done and what you have gained. It will make your life vibrant.
I come into the office 30 minutes before the start time and check today's tasks.
Until the morning meeting, then I start looking through the required paperwork.
After finishing the meeting, We will start cleaning the shared spaces.
Artisanship comes from a refreshing environment.
Once finishing the morning routines, it's time to start doing today's tasks.
Staying safe is our priority!
Eat good food to properly prepare for the afternoon tasks.
After lunch break, we will resume the required tasks.
By using the latest technologies, the shape starts coming to life through try and error.
We will have a 15 minutes break.
It is vital to maintain a consistent concentration.
We have a review meeting at the end of the day to check everyone's progress.
Then clean and finish the rest of the paperwork.
Millwork shop starts 30 minutes earlier than other departments.
It also ends 30 minutes earlier.
I will take a rest today to prepare for tomorrow.
Nice work today !
